Introduction by Dr
Abdul Rahman.
He said to all of audience that the most important thing
in this seminar is about the challenges about the misconception of islam. So,
that’s why in this seminar he hope all muslim’s people can show and prove that
islam is a beautiful religion, islam protect the people and there is no
difficulties in islam. Beside that, he said, we should solve the problem using
the best methodology to show that islam is the way of life because islam have
the authentic sources which are al-quran and sunna.

Haji Ahmad Jalani.
In this seminar, he said we need to know how to promote
our halal product to all muslim community around the world. As we know, Islam
have own values in halal product and recognized by all people because the basic
Islamic product is halal, good and better. As example, Jakim, Global Halal Hub
Malaysia and others show that islam has pontential in producing high quality
product based on halal criteria. Nowadays there are almost 1 billion muslims
around the world and because of that it is one of the fardhu kifayah duties and
we are responsibled to promote and produce our own product.
Islamisation of Human
by Prof Dr Kamal Hassan.
Prof Dr Kamal Hassan has explained a good point about
islamisation of the human especially for the individuals. Firstly, he said that
the knowledge and human cannot be separed. Secondly, we should seek the
knowledge and find the more information about certain current issues. Lastly,
he encourage the muslims communities to apply the rules of knowledge we gained
because al-quran already explains the truth. We as muslims have to use the best
and firm methonds to spread the messages of Islam to the public.
Beside that, he talk about a desecularisation of
knowledge and how the knowledge is viewed from the Islamic perspective. The most important points is “Iqra’” (read or
proclaim) as what Alllah said in al-quran but what need to read. Allah
emphasized the important of reading or seeking the knowledge in the Al-Quran.
We should learn that we must direct our efforts seeking the knowledge on
correct intention and ways as explained in the Holy Book.
In addition, we should learn and ‘taddabur’ from surah
al-‘Alaq, that contains a lot of useful knowledge for the believers especially
to the intellectual individuals. In this verses, he said there a are several
points and the characteristic of intelektualism. 1) Tawheed, 2) Amanah, 3)
Khilafah, 4) Ibadah 5) Tazkiyatun Nafs.
In conclusion, nowadays some of muslims around the world
are not practicing the exact way of islam. As the result, we face the moral
failure of ethical modernity. He also said, we need to reform ourselves
including politic, economy, social, and cultures. Indeed, we need to educate
and enlight ourselves step by step in term of the Islamic perspective.
Advertisement, some
muslims concerns by Dr Syed Arabi Idid.
Advertisement plays a major role in the commerce and
industry today. There are many people or companies that advertise their products
weather good or bad. It shows that, the people more concerns about the profit
from the sales. However the priority of advertisement is the vales and the
quality of the products.
He said the true role of people within the society as the
“’abd” and “caliph”. So, the ‘abd and caliph are closey related to the role of
people in promoting the values of their produt.
In conclusion, he added another point regarding the
lslamic advertisement. Firsly we have to creat awareness and to promote good
values among the people. We also should provide the information about our
product and we must apply as set of good characteristics including amanah and
honesty to the jobs or duties we are involved in.
